Returns

There will be no returns for cakes that have been delivered due to the nature of the product.

Multiple Deliveries

Kindly placed a separate order for different delivery venues, date and time. Deliveries to multiple venues, date and time, even under the same customer bill, will be charged as separate deliveries.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
